How to Get Fast Prices
- SMS me your size to 0414237573
- Tell me what height and width of the louvre window screen. You should allow at least an extra 150mm overall width for the brackets to go from our screen to your wall.
- Tell me colour of slats (Dark Grey, Black, Light Grey, Cream, White, Merbau, Red Cedar, Paperbark)
- Side Tube Frame we ONLY stock in Black, White, Dark Grey, Cream, Paperbark and Merbau
- Louvre channel is only Black, Dark Grey or White
- Slat gaps will 10mm but airflow is 24mm between the slats
All our slats are a Heavy Duty 100mm High x 16mm Thick aluminium profile with 2 reinforcing ribs inside. It's powder coated so will give you at least a decade of no paint.
Our window screen louvre channel holders are a unique proprietary laser cut extrusion that securely locks in & connects all slats tightly to make the panels super strong.
The louvre channels are connected to 50x50 box section which will hold the
brackets that connect to your building.
** The louvre channels only come in Black, Dark Grey or white
** The box section only come in Black, Gloss White, Dark Grey, Cream, Paperbark or Merbau.
**The internal slats can be satin black, gloss white, gloss cream, gloss light grey, dark grey or Paperbark. Our 2 Woodgrain slat colours adds around 17%.
We also make matching gates or screens. Send me the size and I'll quote that
also.
We cut orders on Tues &Thurs , get your order in before that.
Gaps between the Slats will be 10mm for great privacy but the airflow is 24mm. The height will need
to be a little negotiable as slats need to finish exactly with your gap.
Remember the WIDTH size you give us the window screen so think how brackets
will hit your house.
We are a small family run Brisbane company but we fill all our orders each cut
day & we never leave anyone hanging.

The stand-off posts come standard at 300mm and are all upgraded to the 50x50mm box section. You can cut them if you want closer
to your windows.
The brackets are male & slide inside the 50mm box tube. We don't provide any screws
connecting the bracket to your building.
We don't do any home Installing or site visits at all, just DIY.
This means it's all cut to your sizes & all the screws & lock channels
provided
All you need at home is a tek drill & a bit of time.
For example a typical 1400 wide x 1270 high window screen 10mm gaps and built Horizontal slats and in Black would be $550. That works out at $305 per SQM. We do not install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba.

- These louvre window screens are made using Horizontal slats
- Louvre angles are fixed
- Merbau & Red Cedar have the Gloss Woodgrain finish on it
- White, Cream and Light Grey are a gloss finish
- Black and Grey are a matt/satin finish
- The length of the extender that you bolt from your house comes in 300mm (you can cut less if needed)
- Comes with 2 DIY brackets for each extender so typically 8 per screen
- We don't provide any bolts to connect to your house.
- 4 mounting arms are provides unless the slats are wider then 1500 wide then we provide 6 mounting arm.
SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock
- Construct your screen on the ground first
- Connect louvre channel to the 50x50 support rails to the side for both sides
- Insert first slat, get it level & Tec double screw it through the rear (screws are free)
- All slats will finish flush to the bottom and top
- All slides into laser cut holes to hold slats VERY tight
- Insert next slat, etc.
- Connect your mounting brackets to the 4 corners on the rear of the screen and Tek
- Insert the 300mm arm tube to each bracket. if you want it closer to house cut down the arms first
- Lift louvre screen to the house, hold level and mark where the brackets needed to be bolted to your house if brick
- If timber house you may be able to fit brackets to tube and hold and screw to house in that lift.
- If slat width is wider than 1500 then will be 6 arms to connect to house, 3 on each side.
